Retainer Fee:
For a search to purchase or Rent a property is £1,000. This is deductible from the final successful completion fee. This retains our services for a period of 13 weeks.

Completion / Success Fee:
Search to Purchase:
Is the greater of 1.5% of the final purchase price; or 15% of the differential between the initial advertised asking price and the final discounted price negotiated. Minimum fee is £5,000

Search for Rented accommodation:
One months rental fee
